Our Story
Why We Started Yana Kitchen
Panauti has always been a place where food means more than just eating. It carries tradition, memory, and the kind of warmth that is hard to find in a restaurant.
We started Yana Kitchen because we wanted travelers to experience that side of Nepal. Not through a menu, but through actually being part of it. Cooking together, talking about where each dish comes from, and sitting down to share a meal the way it was always meant to be shared.
This is not a cooking school. It is a genuine experience built around Nepali hospitality and the belief that food is the best way to understand a culture.
Not a restaurant, not a show. Just a home kitchen in Panauti.
You cook alongside the family, not just watch from a distance.
Every dish is prepared with the same love reserved for family.
